Another one of my all-time favorite things to do is to fabricate new parts.
I love to try to create a new part or just about anything in my shop.
Nothing like trying to weld and make some brand-new mechanical part.
I use to do a lot of wood working, I grew up on a construction crew, so I have a lot of building experience not just as a handyman, but also as a carpenter, I have made a lot of furniture mostly for fun, out of old barnwood, and other woods, sold a ton of furniture, each piece is unique. It's hard to get my wife to part with any barnwood piece I create though.
I have been doing commercial and residential maintenance, for most of my life.
I am only interested in taking on small gigs, that will not take that long to complete.
Minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.
